PICK UP - Please arrive on time for your booked in time for pick-up. If you are running late please get in touch, if you can not make your arranged time, please communicate. If no communication is received within 24 hours your order will be Forfeited and No refund or credit will be given

CANCELLATIONS - I understand plans change. If you need to cancel your order or change the date, please reach out as soon as you can. Cancellations are within 24hours notice of date booked for pick up your order will not be refunded or credited

AFTERPAY- Now Available! All afterpay orders are accepted with 14 day turnaround from order to pickup/shipment. Please Email or DM for more Info. Afterpay is available for all events such as Mother's day, Father's day, Easter, Christmas etc.

REFUNDS - Once and order is Picked up, Delivered or Posted I am no longer responsible for the Order. Please look after your Biscuits. Keep them in a cool place but not in the fridge.

If travelling please place them on the floor of the car NOT the seat. Do not leave them in the car as they are fragile and can not handle the heat.

DELIVERY - Delivery is available for a fee within an Hour of my Home in Jordan Springs. Any other area will need to be Posted.

POSTAGE - I only EXPRESS Post with Australia Post. I do my best to package them for the trip but I take no responsibility for broken Biscuits, as this is a risk you take with Placing a Postal Order.

EVERYTHING ELSE - I will always try my best to match colours for your themes but colours and lighting in photos sometimes make this very hard.
